Hello! My name is Júlia Coelho and I offer courses in voice, piano, theory, and music composition. If you are looking for a skill-appropriate course to either start or improve on your current musical skills/technique/instrument, let me guide you through that process! Karina is a versatile soprano with a Master’s in Music from the Chicago College of Performing Arts, and holds a Bachelor’s of Music from Loyola University New Orleans. Karina has performed roles as Königin der Nacht in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, Druscilla in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, Mirette in Bluebeard’s Waiting Room by Milton Granger, Woman IV in Lera Auerbach’s challenging a capella opera, The Blind, and was most recently seen as a soloist in New Orleans Opera’s recent production of Le Nozze di Figaro. Karina’s musical proficiency allows her to specialize in, but not be limited to, such genres as classical, musical theater, jazz, and pop. She is passionate about creating a learning environment for all that is fun, educational, and free of judgment. Her teaching method is not “one size fits all”, but is instead personalized to each individual student’s needs, wants, and abilities to help them find their own healthy vocal style.

Hi! I'm Rheanna. I am an experienced classical musician and have performed in concerts as well as in musical theatre and operatic productions across NYC and abroad in Kyiv, Ukraine and Salzburg Austria. I am a New York State certified music educator with over five years of experience teaching private lessons, as well as in classroom settings. I have worked with students who range in age from 3 to 18 using a teaching philosophy that centers around creating hands-on, tactical learning experiences infused with social-emotional development in a culturally responsive environment. I am additionally a master’s degree candidate in music therapy beginning my clinical internship in the fall of 2022 at the Louis Armstrong Center for Music and Medicine at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel.

My work in vocal performance spans many genres such as pop, folk, rock, R&B, etc. which has instilled priority in developing versatility and range with the voice. Hi, I'm Eric! I was trained in voice at the Oberlin Conservatory of music where I studied vocal pedagogy with Richard Miller. I did my graduate degree in conducting at the University of Oregon where I studied with Sharon Paul. I've served on private school and university faculties in both the US and overseas and have even directed the development of national choral programs in places like Colombia. In my approach to voice training I focus on breath management (appoggio), unification of registers and overall health of vocal function. Likewise, I choose literature that is designed to develop the student technically and musically. Whether you are preparing for college or graduate school auditions or wish to 'up your game' as a community or leisure singer I can help you develop the fundamentals necessary for a lifetime of healthy singing.

In my course, I’ll be sharing these very things with you, which can help you ramp up your vocal skills! My name is Debika, and I’ve been helping students professionally for over half a decade now. I employ the basics of teaching the western vocals and Guitar in my sessions. Having been graded by the Trinity College of Music London, I also teach in several music schools in Kolkata.
