Welcome and I am so glad that you are considering taking music lessons! I am looking forward to having a great learning experience with your child. Whether your goal may be to play in church or prepare for music exams, I am here to guide you on your journey. Currently, I am pursuing a masters degree in harp performance. In addition to my bachelors, I also hold diplomas ARSM and DipABRSM in Piano Performance.

I am a composer, arranger, bandleader, teacher, and trombone player who has lived and worked all over the USA. I earned undergraduate degrees in Jazz Composition and Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music in 2012, a Master’s degree in Jazz Composition from The New England Conservatory in 2015, and am currently teaching and pursuing his Doctorate at the University of Northern Colorado.

My major instrument is trumpet but, I was also employed as a substitute teacher and taught in the public school system which gave me the opportunity to not only conduct orchestras consisting of violins, violas, cellos and basses as well as concert bands and stage bands but also to coach individual students on a large variety of instruments when necessary. I have taught private lessons to students of all ages on most instruments as well as in solfege and jazz theory and continue to do so today. I greatly enjoy teaching beginner/intermediate students but, I also love teaching more accomplished students who are interested in applying jazz theory to enhance their ability through improvisation and song writing. I have written a 125 page book which encompasses most of the important information gained from the years spent at music colleges with respect to jazz theory, improvisation and song writing. I am familiar with Finale Notation, Cakewalk Recording & Band In A Box Software.

Sheet music a selection of my piece "Reconstruction (1865-1877)" (2022) for solo saxophone I am currently a 2nd-year master's student in both Composition and Saxophone Performance, studying at Michigan State University. I earned dual-BM degrees in both Saxophone Performance and Composition from Western Michigan University. I specialize primarily in the performance, production, and promotion of new music. As a composer, I have worked with various ensembles, including: Nois Saxophone Quartet, So Percussion, Spectral Quartet, Splinter Reeds, the Hinge Ensemble, Kestrel Duo, the Azu Saxophone Quartet, and the The Western Illinois University Saxophone Quartet, among others. I have been a a finalist in the 2022 ASCAP Morton Gould Young Composers Competition and was selected for the Score Follower Spring 21 Call for Scores, among other honors. Guatemalan-born, Hungary based composer, guitarist, throat singer, and multi instrumentalist. Javier Morales is a musician constantly pushing his own boundaries. Javier graduated the Berklee College of Music in 2018 with a degree in Composition. He is capable of writing music in almost every style and genre, from Mongolian throat singing to big band jazz to symphonies. Javier specializes in rock and metal guitar, throat singing, music composition, and music engraving using Finale.

Hello, and welcome! My name is Elizabeth. I'm a classically trained pianist, and am currently working on my Master's in Collaborative Piano at the University of North Texas. I've been teaching piano since 2014, to students from all backgrounds and ages, and have enjoyed every minute of it! I have also taught in a variety of other contexts and am a ballet and ski instructor. However, music holds an especially dear place in my heart, and I've found that the connection formed through music is like no other. I believe music lessons should be a joyful, fulfilling experience. My aim is that after each lesson, you come away with a fresh perspective and a renewed energy in your music studies. I am a junior Music Education and Music Performance major with a concentration in voice at the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, NY. Even in the little time I’ve been performing, I have an extensive resume which includes 5 productions with the Crane Opera Ensemble and 2 productions with La Musica Lirica, a summer program located in Italy. I have a great love for teaching, and I strive for every lesson to not only be a formative experience but to also have fun!
