I sing baritone for the Bethany College Concert Choir as well. I have experience in teaching and singing classical and musical theater vocal styles. I am knowledgeable in IPA, which is the international phonetic alphabet. IPA will help students learn how to pronounce different foreign languages. Through IPA, I have learned to pronounce seven different languages. My primary focus is teaching voice lessons. I specialize in teaching tenor, bass, and baritone voices; however, I am willing to teach other voices. God called me to perform and write music, and to lead others to worship through music. I perform backup guitar and vocals for my church. i have attained an Associates of Arts Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and am further pursuing my education to earn a BA in Vocal Performing. I personally have a very eclectic range of music I enjoy from Bach to Snoop Dogg. However, my favorites are Today's Christian and the Blues. My absolute favorite thing to do is to perform at church and help others enter into worship. I also enjoy performing music for my Golden Retriever, friends and family. I love to write songs and have been writing since I was a teenager. It takes time to get good at songwriting. So it has taken a little while to get this far. The more we put into music the more we get back out! Music is my true passion and I enjoy every minute of it. I love getting to teach students music. It is such a rewarding experience.
