Tracking Your Referrals

As a Tissimo affiliate, you can see exactly who signed up through your referral link and how much commission each referral has generated. The referrals list gives you full visibility into your affiliate activity.

Viewing Your Referrals

Navigate to the Referred Students section of your affiliate dashboard. Here you will find a list of every person who signed up using your unique link.

Information Available for Each Referral

For every referred user, you can see:

• Join Date — When the person created their Tissimo account.
• Status — Whether the referral is Pending, Active, or Inactive.
• Lessons — The total number of lessons the referral has completed.
• Commission Earned — The amount you earned from that referral. A commission is recorded when the referred student completes a paid booking.

How Commissions Are Calculated

You earn a commission when a referred student completes a paid booking on Tissimo. Simply signing up does not trigger a commission — the referred user must actually book and attend a paid lesson. The commission amount depends on the type of activity: a flat fee for a referred student's first lesson, and a percentage for subscriptions and course purchases.

Searching and Filtering

Use the search field to find a referral by name or email, and use the status filter to show only Active, Pending, or Inactive referrals. This helps you quickly find a specific referral or focus on your most active students.

Earnings and Payouts

Your total earnings are reflected on the Financial page of the dashboard. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Make sure your Stripe account is connected before requesting a payout.
