Student Billing Settings Overview

The Billing Settings page is where you manage how you pay for lessons on Tissimo.

How to Access Billing Settings

1. Log in to Tissimo and click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Settings, then choose Billing.

Managing Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

1. Click Add payment method.
2. Enter the cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and CVC. Tissimo passes this securely to Stripe.
3. Click Save card.

Setting a Primary Payment Method

Open the menu on any additional card and click Set primary. The primary card is preselected for lesson bookings and balance top-ups. See managing payment methods for more detail.

Removing a Payment Method

Open the menu on a card and click Remove. To remove your primary card while you have other cards saved, first make another card primary.

Course Balance Overview

Tissimo holds credits per course. Each course you are enrolled in has its own balance, shown on your course cards on the dashboard and Lessons page. The Billing page shows your Tissimo balance, and its Credit transfer tab lets you move credits between courses. To manually top up a specific course, click Add hours on the course. Auto-Refill Settings

Auto-refill automatically buys more credits for a course balance when your recurring lessons run out. It applies to all recurring series for the course, since they share one credit balance.

1. Go to your Lessons page and find the recurring lesson card for the course.
2. Click Manage next to the auto-refill status.
3. Toggle auto-refill on or off and choose a refill package.
4. Click Save.

Payment Security

Tissimo uses Stripe to process all payments. Your card details are never stored on Tissimo's servers — they are tokenized and held securely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
