Messages Feed

The Messages Feed on your Overview page shows a preview of your unread messages, so you can quickly see if any students have been in touch without navigating away from the Overview.

What the Feed Shows

The Messages Feed displays a short list of your unread messages, including the sender name and a snippet of the message content. This gives you an at-a-glance view of recent student communication.

Opening the Full Messages Page

To read, reply to, or manage all of your messages:

1. Click View all in the Messages Feed on the Overview page.
2. This opens the full Messages page where you can read complete conversations, reply to students, send attachments, and search past threads.

Messaging Directly from the Students Page

You can also message a student without going to the Messages page. On the Students page, click the message button on a student's row to open a quick message window.

• Respond to student messages promptly — quick replies improve the student experience.
• Use messages to share practice reminders, sheet music links, or lesson follow-ups.
