Daily Availability

Daily Availability lets you make exceptions to your Recurring Availability for specific dates — adding extra slots, blocking time off, or adjusting hours on particular days.

Calendar Navigation

Use the forward and back arrows to navigate weeks. Click the week date label to open a date picker and jump to any specific week.

Time Zone Selection

Temporarily view your schedule in an additional time zone (set in Account Settings). This does not change your primary time zone.

Create Daily Availability

1. Navigate to the desired week.
2. Click an empty area on the target day.
3. Set date, start time, end time.
4. Select Available and click Save.

Remove Daily Availability

1. Click the green block to remove.
2. Select Unavailable and click Save.

Extend / Shorten Daily Availability

Click the green block, select Available, adjust the start or end time, then click Save.

Lesson Blocks

Dark gray blocks = upcoming lessons. Red blocks = canceled lessons. Click any lesson block to view details.

Cancel or Reschedule a Lesson

Click the lesson block to access cancel options. To reschedule, contact the student via messages to agree on a new time.
