Adding More Hours to a Course

Each course on Tissimo has a balance of lesson hours. When your balance runs low, you can add more hours at any time. For a full explanation of how course balances and auto-refill work, see course balance and auto-refill.

Where to Find the Top-Up Option

1. Go to your Lessons page or your student dashboard.
2. Find the course you want to top up.
3. Click Add hours on the course.
4. You'll be taken to the checkout page to choose a package and pay.

Choosing How Many Hours to Add

Choose one of the available hour packages — 1, 5, 10, 15, or 20 hours. The price is based on the hourly rate for that course, and larger packages include a small discount. For details, see lesson packages and hour bundles.

Completing Payment

1. Select your payment method or confirm the card on file. To update your card, visit managing payment methods.
2. Review the total and click Buy.

How Hours Appear in Your Balance

After payment is confirmed, the new hours are added to your course balance immediately. The updated balance is shown on your course card. The purchase will also appear in your Transaction History.
