Add or Change Payout Methods

Before you can withdraw your earnings on Tissimo, you must add at least one payout method. Tissimo supports two types of payout methods:

• Bank checking account
• Debit card

Adding a payout method

1. Navigate to your Financial page from the teacher dashboard.
2. Click Add Payout Method.
3. Select either Bank or Debit Card.
4. Enter the required details for your chosen method.
5. Click Save Account (for bank) or Save Card (for debit card).

Changing or adding a new payout method

1. On your Financial page, click Change next to your current payout method.
2. Select New method to add an additional method, or click an existing one to edit it.
3. Update the details as needed and save.

Tips

• You can have multiple payout methods saved and choose which one to use when withdrawing.
• If a payout fails, check that your bank details or card information are up to date.
• Payout methods are securely handled via Stripe — Tissimo does not store your full account or card details.
