Andrew B.
Music has always been a big part of my life. I used to sing in the church choir when I young, and I began learning the clarinet in 5th grade. In 7th grade, I taught myself the trumpet because I wanted to join the jazz band. I also began teaching myself other instruments too, like the saxophone, trombone, piano, guitar, and drums. Midway through high school, I started getting more serious about jazz, and joined a couple of weekly programs in Detroit where I got to play with and learn from top notch jazz musicians. This inspired me to continue to study jazz in college, and that's where I am now! I have all kinds of experience playing with and learning from the biggest names on the local and national jazz scene. I may be young, but I've been teaching in person private lessons for years on trumpet, and many of my former students are also on the road to pursuing music in their future.

Sean G.
I have always worn many hats in my 30+ years of musical experience. From prog metal to jazz, classical to show tunes, I've played and worked in just about every guitar-related genre. In addition to my practical experience I have a BA in music and have taught and tutored in various capacities, from beginner guitar to college-level music theory. I'm also a published songwriter and composer and I have recorded and released several hundred songs. Bringing out a student's creativity is always one of my main goals when teaching.

Joshua M.
Joshua was born in Minnesota, and learned music starting at a young age. He took piano lessons and sang with the North Star Boys' Choir, where he went to the World Choir Games and won a silver and a bronze medal. After his voice changed, he shifted his focus to saxophone, which he played in several musical productions and a concert band while in high school. He went to college at DigiPen in Washington state, where he learned about the more technical side of music while refining his skill in classical and jazz saxophone performance. He currently plays saxophone for his church's worship group and teaches Digital Music with Ableton through IdTech.
