About me
Hello! My name is TK Vaaj and I am 21 years old. As a young musician, my goal as an instructor and teacher is to equip other students with tools as they pursue their own goals in music, in whatever area that may be! Starting off with the basics of music is always the best way to start. I can help you learn the basics of piano, voice, and theory.
My music experience started at the young age of 5 years old when I started taking lessons in piano. At 6 years old, I began singing and started lessons a year later. All throughout primary and secondary school, I have played the alto saxophone, piano, and sang.
I am currently a senior in college at California Baptist University studying Worship Arts & Ministry. During my four years in college, I have taken both piano and voice lessons, as well as numerous music theory and musicianship courses. I have trained my voice in the classical genre, jazz, musical theater, opera, and pop/contemporary.
