PianoHi! My name is Juanita and I love to teach piano or beginning guitar to students of all ages! I started piano lessons when I was seven years old and took lessons even after I got out of High School and into college. I had a teacher that encouraged me to start teaching and proceeded to mentor me. I like the opportunities that music has given me. I've played percussion in an orchestra, I've played for wedding, funerals and music for large events, I've been in a band that traveled and on the worship team at church, and even got a job at a nursing home because I could play the piano! I have grown children that are out of the house and have their own families. My husband and I currently only have two large dogs at home.

I did attend St. Cloud State University; however, I have not graduated with any degrees. I had two private tutors/mentors that taught me when I got start 40 years ago. I have had some college classes that taught music and teaching, but I have learned so much more through my years of teaching.
