Online Music Lessons - Cameron S.Trumpet

Cameron has been working as a performer and instrumental music teacher since graduating from USQ in 2002 where he majored in Trumpet performance. Growing up playing in a wide variety of community ensembles led to a love of collaborating and performing different styles of music from jazz combos to symphony orchestras and orchestras for musicals. Cameron’s’ 1st love however is the music of New Orleans and he regularly performs and writes music in the trad jazz style. Cameron has toured nationally and internationally playing places as diverse as Australian festivals, Edinburgh Fringe, Wuxi festival in China and the UB Jazz club in Ulaan Bataar, Mongolia. Currently based in Toowoomba, Cameron teaches instrumental music for Education Qld and performs regularly with Trad Jazz and originals band The Magnificence, Ragtime band Slips and the F.W's, Beef Cheeks and the Salty Beans, Brass band Horns on the Hill, Afrobeat band Timbuktu and Rock and Soul Band Plan B.
