Beginner Oboe Lessons

Students will leave this course with a basic understanding of how to play the oboe. If necessary, I will teach the student how to read sheet music and they will be able to apply note names to their re

spective fingerings, learning to play basic tunes by sight. The goal of this course is for the student to be able to go from knowing nothing or very little about an oboe to having a strong foundation in reading music and playing by sight.
