This course will focus on understanding, reading, and feeling rhythm. Starting with basic count structures a meters, and moving towards complex tuplets and polyrhythms, this course hopes to allow stud

ents to recognize different kinds of rhythmic notation and feel more comfortable and confident in their playing. Equipment (drumsticks or your instrument of choice) is recommended by not required, there is so much that can be done just with your hands and your mind!
